Warm up your day with this comforting Creamy Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Packed with wholesome broccoli and gooey cheddar cheese, it's perfect for a cozy meal any time of year.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups broccoli florets
3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices of bread, toasted

Instructions:
1. Use the Arshia 10-piece Titanium Knife Set to chop the onion and mince the garlic.
2. In the  Arshia Stainless Steel 26cm Casserole, melt butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add broccoli florets to the casserole. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally with the Arshia 7-piece Silicone Utensil Set, until tender.
4. Pour in vegetable or chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Stir in milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Ladle the soup into bowls. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
7. While the soup simmers, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
8. Serve the soup with the toasted bread for dipping, and enjoy!
