Ingredients:
1 pound chicken tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray


Instructions:

1. Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
