Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (about 4-5 pounds)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions:

5. Place the chicken in the preheated oven and roast for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) in the thickest part of the thigh.
6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
7. Carve the chicken and serve hot with your favorite sides.
