Ingredients: 
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons sprinkles (rainbow or confetti)
Optional: whipped cream or frosting for topping

Instructions:
1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of milk (or any non-dairy milk), 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (or melted butter), and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
3. Fold in 1-2 tablespoons of sprinkles (rainbow or confetti), reserving a few for topping.
4. Place the mug in the  Arshia Classic SolarDOM Oven + Air fryer 34L  and set it to microwave mode on high for about 1-2 minutes. Keep an eye on it to avoid overflow.
5. If using convection mode, adjust the time as needed based on your oven’s instructions.
6. Once cooked, let the mug cake cool for a minute.
7. Top with whipped cream or frosting and sprinkle with reserved sprinkles before enjoying.
