Your product box will have a QR hologram attached. This QR code includes a Label ID and a Verification code.

Your phone's camera may have trouble scanning the QR code if it's tilted at an angle or out of focus. Ensure the camera is level with the surface that the QR code is printed on. If you're holding your phone too close or too far away, it may not scan the QR code. Try holding your phone further away and slowly moving it towards the QR code.
Yes, most mobile phones can detect QR codes via the camera application. If your phone cannot detect the QR code, simply download a QR Code Reader. For further assistance, please contact our customer care.
